    For a stand-alone certificate, the following are required:


    * Transcript - you must already have a Master's Degree

    * A Personal Statement - describing your reasons for seeking the certificate, your reasons for applying to Rutgers for the certificate, your goals for how you will use the certificate, and a description of the qualities you possess that will allow you to succeed in the field of behavior analysis.
