- Statement of Purpose (SOP)
- Degree transcript and certificate (if separate from transcript) of all college-level work (may be uploaded)
- Three letters of recommendation from academic professors/advisors and supervisors from professional experience in the sports industry.
- Finalists will be invited for a personal interview.
Test Requirements
- MS: The GRE General test is optional for MS applicants.
- Applicants whose native language is not English should submit TOEFL (IBT or PBT) or IELTS.
- Applicants who submit transcripts proving that they have received a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited United States institution or from Australia, Canada (excluding Quebec), Ireland, New Zealand and the United Kingdom are exempt from the language proficiency requirement.

Program Requirements
Minimum of two letters of reference, resume/vitae, baccalaureate degree from a nationally/internationally accredited program, official transcripts from all institutions, electronic personal statement (answering questions posed), and application fee. Experience/exposure to the health care sector a plus.Test Requirements
None required. GRE General, GMAT or LSAT may be taken and provided as additional criteria if desired by the student. Requirements also include having an undergraduate GPA of a 3.25 or better. Non-U.S. applicants TOEFL/ILTS still required.
